If you've been following me the last few months, you'll know that this pack came together over 6 months of work.

I really tried to challenge my creative ability and tried some other worldly sound design techniques.

Techniques such as playing the loops back on a speaker in my bathroom and re-recording the ambience at the bottom of the stairs. Stretching Sound to oblivion and resampling the degraded audio and building chord progressions from these never before heard sounds!

Every sounds ran through a small collection analog equipment I own along with a digital few plugins.

Occasionally the sounds were ran through an old guitar amp my parents got me for the noisy circuit its has and blended back with the clean sound for added texture.

All files have been organized into 2 folders called "DARK ENERGY", and "VIBEY". Choose your adventure wisely...

These kits I put out are a work of self discovery and passion. I hope when you hear them, you'll hear what's over the HORIZON....

Are all the sounds royalty free?

No, the Melodies included are not royalty free. All other sounds are royalty free.

Can I sell beats using the included samples?

Yes, you can sell beats made using samples included in MONARCH, or MONARCH EXPERIENCE+. By purchasing a license you gain the right to use and distribute music created with this kit.

Do I need to credit SIKKY when I use any of the sounds to sell beats to non-major label artists?

No, you do not need to credit SIKKY. However if you are dealing with a Major Label, or Major artist and a Non-Royalty free melody/starter was used then you must obtain clearance.

Are the bonus melodies Royalty free?

Personal use is royalty free (BeatStars, TrackTrain, SoundCloud)

In case of placement ​using the sample(s), you will split the publishing, royalties, mechanicals, points & advance fees with SIKKY BEATS fairly and Production (or Co-Production) must be credited to SIKKY BEATS.
